“Everything we measure is at the upper end of that range of uncertainty. So everything is worse than we were expecting it to be, and that's not surprising, because, science by its nature, is conservative. I think most of us know that, and it's going to get very ugly, very soon, and I want to say to you tonight, it's not the problem, it's actually just a symptom of the problem. We’re operating at 120% of the world’s capacity and planning to growth that a lot more."
