Whilst the banks were bailed out (the big ones) the ordinary person wasn't. So they lost their homes and were forced to become renters. Is it true that many of the houses they lived in were pulled down, destroyed or were left abandoned and thus left to rot and decay? Why is there a shortage of housing now?
