The video works, though the sound is scratchy. That could be in the original file.

Viewing with SuSE Linux on Firefox 2.x I Get a 404 at 'read more'.The video plays but without sound. Al so, it is very dark -- but I don't know that you can do anything about that.All the best, and welcome!-- ml
