I understand Governor Christie has relented somewhat on his policy of quarantining all passengers from West Africa, symptomatic or not, in tents. He is now allowing them, if they choose, to spend 21 days stuck in traffic at a bridge. What a mensch!
His handling of this fiasco is a testament to his dishonesty. He claims the nurse was treated the way she was because she showed symptoms of having Ebola even that she did not. He claims there was no change in the policy even though he clearly reversed course. At first - he denied that there was any contact between the White House and his office. Now he claims they have been in contact and they have a great working relationship. But this has always been Christie's MO. Any screw up and he blames everyone but himself even if he has to lie about every little detail.

Well, I heard Kaci will be visiting the Gov soon enough to give him a big hug or a hug on whatever portion of him she can hug.
